for LAN and the server you need to port forward but LAN is easier, i've not made a server so i can't really help you with the setting up of a server. basically the host will go in custom games (it wont work solo) and the people who are joining are on the plutonium screen (not bo2 menu, press esc and it shows you the plutonium menu) and they go
