Dear Sir/Madam, Guilty Gear X2 [tag:Reload] is a supported backwards-compatible original Xbox game, so therefore I believe that a bad disk is most likely the reason why that game is not running on your Xbox 360. returning the disk and purchasing a new copy should rectify the problem. To play original Xbox games on the 360 does require an internal hard drive, but this drive must be an Official hard drive. If you bought a drive from a private seller on eBay or Amazon it's highly likely you've bought a fake hard drive. These drives will happily work with 360 games, but they won't work with original Xbox games. It's not just 360 that benefits from this but the original Xbox too via emulation. Modern Xbox can run a virtual 360 and the 360 supported native backward compatibility, meaning that you can play original Xbox games through a 360 emulator on a One or Series X|S.
