Posted November 6, 2022 (edited) The GTA VI map as it stands is currently around 1.5x bigger than the GTA V map with all current available information sourced from the leaks. It has potential to be bigger though as it‘s unlikely the coordinates we have are the most north/east/south/west.

As a result, it fits in a 10.4 * 10.4km square (108.16km²), there is still some zones that are not really playable in that square, I would say that it's around 25 to 30% of the total surface. So assuming that the map size of the game is around 80 to 85 km² is pretty safe I would say.
