It was working fine yesterday, now when I log in it says "oops! something went wrong" and tells me to restart the app. I have restarted the app, signed out, re-installed, restarted my xbox, checked for updates I did everything. No dice. Its working fine on my computer. The funny thing is, I can see the app actually signed in and working
The new Max streaming service is here to replace HBO Max, but it’s still got some Day 1 bugs and streaming problems to contend with. We tried the app out on an Apple TV, a Roku TV, and on a I am having same issue. I spoke with Apple and they told me my iPhone is fine and it is a problem with the streaming companies. However, my Netflix, Hulu, peacock, and HBO Max work on all my other devices (including my wife's iPhone XR). She probably has not downloaded newest update. I will check to see if she has though. The HBO Max app is compatible with Samsung TVs launched in or after 2016. If your TV is older than that, HBO Max may not work properly. 3. Log Out of the HBO Max app. Log out of the HBO Max app and sign back in. 4. Force Shutdown Your Samsung TV: Force shut down your Samsung TV by either unplugging the cable or using the remote. 5. Update That is not available on earlier models. Without Apple TV box, you will have to choose from the apps as offered by the TV/streaming device manufacturer. The Apple TV app alone doesn’t facilitate adding additional apps. The Apple TV app does offer select in-app Channels to subscribe to, but that doesn’t include HBO Max.
HBOMAX not working on anything. My apple tv HBO max app does not load or go to the sign in page when it finally does load. I have restarted apple tv, other apps work, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice now. When I use my computer, the website will not load yet every other site works. Is it a setting on the wifi that is set
HBO max stopped working on Apple TV 4K using media streamer. I’ve never had any issues in the past year Suddenly in the last week or so the app just gets stuck on the loading page I have other apps running on Apple TV 4K (Hulu paramount plus Disney plus) and they’re running fine. lu6P.
