Both Yaran stories are given be Gilberto. And all Yaran stories show up as purple circles not exclamation points. Oh my god! Enter the dark tunnel and turn right toward the light. Move into the gloom and turn right, going toward a dimly lit grating. Shoot it and continue around to the end where you can exit the duct by shooting the overhead grating.
