Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. Caravan Making Literally No Money. I've had my caravan for at least 2 in game weeks and it has yet to make more than 400 a day. My daily troopy cost alone is 350, and the cost for the caravan is 250. I'm losing money every damn day and my caravan is doing nothing. Parties don't make money unless you're in a war and can consistently win large battles and sell the loot and ransom the prisoners. The main draw is saving on influence and training the companions. The thing that sucks is that the AI can call your parties to their armies and get your men captured. #3. If you where a Lord would you not take your enemies workshop? Better to take a workshop than let it finance a enemy army. It makes a lot of sense ngl. Imagine if your workship just kept producing. You could go to war with anyone and still make tons of money. No consequences for your business venture
1st of Workshops have a hidden budget. Basically the money you spend on setting up the workshop approx. Workshops will buy their raw product from the town, in their case wool, and the costs of this wool will be deducted from your potential wage. If the workshop makes a loss then their balance to buy new raw matherial is diminished.

There's no way (as far as I know) to tell what type of workshop would prosper - it's just expensive junk. Why add in the option for so many different shops with zero indication on what will do well in that LHm8fk.
