2011 - Honda makes an attempt to return to the segment of small-capacity sportbikes and it succeeds with the release of the Honda CBR 250R model, equipped with a 249 cm3 engine. The motorcycle is manufactured at the company's assembly plant in Thailand and sold worldwide. The new floating brakes increased in diameter, and the rear wheel grew to 5 inches. The swingarm pivots and triple clamps were beefed up to cope with extra cornering forces. The F3 weighs about the same as the F2, at 458lb's wet. Power at the rear wheel is 89.5@12,000rpm, with torque of 42.8lb/ft@10,000rpm.
And it looked totally 80s. Official Honda specs (mostly confirmed by magazine tests at the time) claim it has 85hp at 11,000rpm, and weighs just under 400lbs, dry. 0-60 mph took about 3.5 seconds

The Honda CBR600F is a CBR series 600 cubic centimetres inline four-cylinder sport bike motorcycle made by Honda Motorcycles. The first model of the CBR600F was sold from 1987 to 1990 and is known in the US as the Hurricane. In Austria and Mexico, a smaller version, called CBR500F, was offered. The subsequent models are designated as CBR600F2, F3, F4, and F4i respectively. In 2011, Honda

the RR has the split seat, slightly less ergo riding position, center-up exhaust, and different fairing. Engine wise the RR has lighter components, increased size in throttle bodies. More tweaked CPU. And is supposed to be capable of higher compression rates. I have rode both and the f4i seems faster for some reason.

Honda CBR600: Talk about a blast to ride: Honda's awesome CBR600RR strikes a perfect balance between performance and handling in a middleweight package. The CBR600RR offers state-of-the-art technology in a package most riders find just about perfect. The CBR600RR is the best 600-class sportbike going, and one of the sharpest looking as well. Engine: 599cc, inline four, 16v, DOHC. Power: 108bhp @ 12,500rpm. Torque: 48ftlb @ 10,500rpm. Weight: 169kg. Honda tested the ground to see if riders were prepared to get sportier than a traditional CBR with the CBR600FS-Sport. It worked. After just two years the CBR600RR was launched.
If you get a chance read the new for 2001 article in Sport bike. It went through all 2001 bikes, the regular F4 is rated at a top speed of 181mph. The F4i is geared differently and has more power. They also got the Hayabusa up to 219mph (crazy) Hell even the little Ninja 250R can do 130mph.
