@kotekzot - if you wish to complete the dark brotherhood quest line, you have to kill them. and, once you start the quest, the only things you get to say to those people are Dark Brotherhood related. If you destroy the Dark Brotherhood (unrecommended - you lose a lot of fun quests), then there is no significance. –
